As part of the online CITA Emprende workshop our CEO, Javier García, will participate as a panelist on the Biosciences/Health session which will be held next Thursday, April 22nd, at 16:15 (CET).

This event for SMEs, startups, and corporate venturing, aims to promote and accelerate open innovation by creating meeting points between attendees, guest speakers, and companies.

CITA Emprende, which is organized by El Diario Vasco and ADEGI, provides an inspiring and working context for organizations that want to grow and advance by implementing open Innovation strategies. The event also intends to promote corporate entrepreneurship, persification, and innovation in companies and to encourage the development of participating startups.

This workshop has the Basque Government through the SPRI Group, the Council of Economic Promotion, Tourism and Rural Environment of Gipuzkoa, as well as the Laboral Kutxa and Bilbao Port as sponsors.

Panel on Biosciences/Health: an essential pillar for our lives

CITA Emprende has always stood out for its high-level speakers and the invited panelists. This year’s speakers include Paul Van Son, Innovation Manager of High-Tech Campus Eindhoven; as well as Dídac Lee, co-founder and managing partner of Galdana Ventures. The workshop will also address three main themes: Digitalization, Sustainability, and Biosciences/Health.

Javier García will be a panelist in the Biosciences/Health session along with Gurutz Linazasoro, founder and CEO of VIVEbiotech, Jabier Larrañaga, deputy of Economic Promotion, Tourism, and Rural Environment, and moderator of the panel, Julia Salaverría, managing partner at Ysios Capital.
