About the role

We are seeking a Fill & Finish Technician who will play a key role on the structure of the company in Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, control and execute fill and finish stages.
• Manage the agreed planning of the filling and finishing stages.
• Detect and warn of situations that may endanger either the person or the product and propose solutions.
• Perform environmental monitoring.
• Interacting with other departments in order to achieve the objectives established.
• Interact with suppliers.
• Participate in the definition of validation steps and their execution.
• Collaborate in the creation of documentation.
• Participate in the department's requirements planning, both material and human resources.
• Coordinate and participate in staff training.
• Document completion and review.
• Ensure that the process is executed according to SOP.

About you

• University degree in health sciences (biology, pharmacy, biochemistry, biotechnology, chemical engineering or similar).
• Master's or postgraduate degree in health sciences is desirable.
• Experience in Fill and Finish.
• Experience on execution of aseptic processes
• Experience in visual inspection and secondary packaging of pharmaceutical products.
• Experience in drug manufacturing.
• NCF/GMP knowledge.
• High/medium level of English, fluent in written and spoken English.
• Organizational and planning skills.
• Analytical skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish (valuable).
• Proactive and positive attitude to change and challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
